Why we keep it
Form details let us reply to you. Conversation content allows a companion to keep continuity between sessions. Technical data tells us which pages are useful and where the site is slow or broken.
What we never do
Barbara AI does not sell personal data, does not publish conversation content, and does not share your details with advertisers.
Retention
Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Conversation history is kept while your access remains active and is removed on request.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data associated with you
- Ask for correction of anything inaccurate
- Ask for deletion of conversation history or contact records
- Object to processing that is not required to run the service
Cookies
The site uses only what is needed to remember your preferences and to keep pages working. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.
Age
Barbara AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. Records identified as belonging to a minor are deleted.
